针对制备TATB产生的废水,采用电解工艺,对电解破坏TATB的规律进行研究。通过单因素实验,探索了废水浓度、电解时间、电解电压、极板间距、支持电解质、pH值等因素对COD Cr去除率的影响规律,确定了正交实验的各因素及水平,进而设计正交实验,研究TATB电解破坏的最佳条件。结果表明,废水浓度为800mg/L,极板间距为60mm,电解电压为12V,电解时间为60min,电解质含量为35g/L,pH值为6.0时,COD Cr去除率为89.1%。

침대제비TATB산생적폐수,채용전해공예,대전해파배TATB적규률진행연구。통과단인소실험,탐색료폐수농도、전해시간、전해전압、겁판간거、지지전해질、pH치등인소대COD Cr거제솔적영향규률,학정료정교실험적각인소급수평,진이설계정교실험,연구TATB전해파배적최가조건。결과표명,폐수농도위800mg/L,겁판간거위60mm,전해전압위12V,전해시간위60min,전해질함량위35g/L,pH치위6.0시,COD Cr거제솔위89.1%。
Aimed at wastewater produced from TATB production, the rules of decomposition of TATB by electrolysis process were studied. The factors such as CODCr concentration of influent, plate distance, voltage, electrolyte, pH value, treating time were analyzed employing single factor tests, then the orthogonal tests were carried out. The results show that under the best conditions which were influent CODCr concentration of 800mg/L, plate distance of 60mm, voltage of 12V, electrolyte of 35g/L, pH value of 6.0, and treating time of 60min, the CODCr removal rate is 89.1%.
