布卢姆的教学目标分类理论一直在学界受到认可,其结构的合理性不容置疑。但中等职业教育有其自身的特点,有必要提出符合中职校特色的教学目标系统。因此,在吸收布卢姆教学目标分类理论合理内涵的基础上,将中职教学目标按学生发展导向分为三类:学业定向、岗位定向、发展定向。每类大目标下按认知、态度、技能三个因素设置子目标,最终形成中等职业教育教学目标分类体系的构想。

The Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives has been recognized for a long time, it’s rationality is beyond question. But for, secondary vocational education, it has it’s own characteristics, so there should be a special taxonomy of educational objectives for secondary vocational education. Based on the Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives, the educational objectives for secondary vocational education should be divided into three directions that are accordant with students’ development, namely:the direction of academic study, vocation and development.
