利用热重-微商热重( TG-DTG-DSC)研究了在氮气、空气氛围中ENR硫化胶的热降解动力学,根据不同升温速率下得到的热重数据,通过Ozawa-Flynn-Wall模型求取热降解过程的活化能E、指前因子A等参数,得到ENR硫化胶在不同气氛下降解反应过程中动力学参数方面的差异。 ENR在氮气气氛中降解时为一步反应,在空气中为复杂多步反应。另外,空气气氛中的活化能E和指前因子A均大于氮气中。

The thermal degradation kinetics of ENR Vulcanizate in nitrogen and air was studied by using thermo-gravimetry-differential thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry. The thermogravmetric data were obtained under different heating rates,and the parameters of the thermal degradation process,such as activation energy E and pre-exponential factor A,were calculated according to the Ozawa-Flynn-Wall model,and find out the difference be-tween these two kinds of thermal degradation process in different atmosphere. It is a multi-steps reaction in the air atmosphere for the degradation of ENR,when one step reaction in nitrogen. Moreover,the Ea and A of ENR degra-dation in air are higher than those of ENR in nitrogen.
