为促使宜昌薄皮马尾松花粉提前成熟,解决其杂交育种中花期不遇问题,采集宜昌薄皮马尾松不同成熟阶段的花枝,用不同配方的液体培养基对其进行培养,与自然条件下花蕾发育进行比较.结果表明:淡青色花蕾水培实验较难获得成功,淡黄色花蕾且培养液为 SUC 0?5 g?L-1+GA30?5 mg?L-1+6GBA 0?3 mg?L-1时花粉散粉所需时间最短为36 h,比自然成熟时间提前8?5 d.

In order to promote pollen maturation of Pinus massoniana and solve the problem of the flowering difference in hybridization,different formulas of liquid media were used to culture the flowering branches of Pinus massoniana and the process of flower bud development was compared with the natural process.The results showed that it was difficult for the pale blue flower buds to be cultured in water and the time for the blossomming of light yellow flower bud while culG tured in the medium (SUC 0.5 g?L-1+ GA3 0.5 mg?L-1+6GBA 0.3 mg?L-1 )was the shortest,which was just 36 h, and it was shortened by 8. 5 days than that of natural maturation.
