基于 MOOCs的翻转课堂非常适合应用于电大远程教育。其模式需分三步实现：一是课前进行基于 MOOCs的视频制作，二是学生在网络平台自主学习、在线讨论和教师网络课堂答疑，三是对学习进行多元化评价。实施基于 MOOCs的翻转课堂，应提高学生自主学习能力和合作学习能力，教师应成为学习引导者和学习策略制定者，且必须精通现教技术。

기우 MOOCs적번전과당비상괄합응용우전대원정교육。기모식수분삼보실현：일시과전진행기우 MOOCs적시빈제작，이시학생재망락평태자주학습、재선토론화교사망락과당답의，삼시대학습진행다원화평개。실시기우 MOOCs적번전과당，응제고학생자주학습능력화합작학습능력，교사응성위학습인도자화학습책략제정자，차필수정통현교기술。
The flipped classroom based on MOOCs is very suitable for distance education.To imple-ment the teaching model will require three steps:Firstly,the teacher makes some video based on MOOCs before class.Secondly,students do independent learning,online discussion and online interaction with teachers on the Internet teaching platform.Thirdly,to assess the learning effect of students by diversified evaluation.In order to implement the flipped classroom based on MOOCs,students’ability of independent learning and cooperative learning should be improved.Teachers should be learning guide and learning strategy makers,and must be proficient at using the new media.
