目的：了解广西来宾市2008—2013年手足口病流行病学特征及病原变迁，为有针对性地防控手足口病提供依据。方法采用描述性方法对来宾市手足口病疫情资料进行统计分析，用Real time RT-PCR方法进行病毒核酸检测。结果来宾市6年累计报告手足口病38238例，年均发病率为294.78/10万；重症206例，死亡25例，病死率为0.14%，发病高峰为4—7月，以3岁及以下散居和幼托儿童为主。轻症、重症及死亡病例中EV71检测阳性率分别为35.44%、50.49%，两者差异具有统计学意义（χ2=17.97，P<0.001），重症及死亡病例与EV71感染高度相关。结论来宾市手足口病流行危害严重，主要危害3岁及以下散居和幼托儿童；主要病原体逐年变迁；EV71是导致重症及死亡的主要病原体。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and pathogenic distribution of hand-foot-mouth diseases (HFMD) in Laibin City of Guangxi from 2008 to 2013, and provide evidence for prevention and control.measures. Methods The monitoring data on HFMD from 2008 to 2013 was analyzed with descriptive epidemiology, and the viral nucleic acid was detected by real-time fluorescence RT- PCR method. Results A total of 38 238 HFMD cases including 206 severe, and 25 death cases were reported in the period from 2008 to 2013, the incidence rate was 294.78 per 100 000 persons and the case fatality rate was 0.14 %.The peak of incidence rate was from April to July. Majority of the cases were preschool children aged from 0 to 3 years, who did not attend kindergarten. The positive rate of EV71 in severe/death cases was 50.49% ,with higher than positive rate of 35.44% in the mild cases (χ 2= 17.97, P<0.001). The predominant viral type including other intestinal virus, CoxA16 and EV71 changed year by year continuously from 2008 to 2013. EV71 infections were related to severe/death cases. Conclusions The epidemic situation of HFMD in Laibin City is serious; mainly infecting preschool children under 3 years old. The predominant viral type changed year by year. The majority of severe/death cases are caused by EV71.
