目的：观察睑缘灰线切开法破坏睫毛毛囊术治疗双行睫及乱生睫的临床效果。方法36例（65只眼）双行睫和乱生睫患者，施行眼睑睑缘灰线切开法烧灼毛囊根部，无阻力拔出破坏的睫毛，以治疗双行睫及乱生睫，所有患者术后随访3个月以上观察临床效果。结果49只眼双行睫及乱生睫术后效果满意，7只眼效果良好，9只眼术后有部分睫毛再次生长触及角膜，3个月后同样方法行二次手术，随访未复发。结论眼睑睑缘灰线切开毛囊破坏术矫正双行睫及乱生睫简单易行，创伤小，手术效果好恢复快，可保持外观并重复进行。
목적：관찰검연회선절개법파배첩모모낭술치료쌍행첩급란생첩적림상효과。방법36례（65지안）쌍행첩화란생첩환자，시행안검검연회선절개법소작모낭근부，무조력발출파배적첩모，이치료쌍행첩급란생첩，소유환자술후수방3개월이상관찰림상효과。결과49지안쌍행첩급란생첩술후효과만의，7지안효과량호，9지안술후유부분첩모재차생장촉급각막，3개월후동양방법행이차수술，수방미복발。결론안검검연회선절개모낭파배술교정쌍행첩급란생첩간단역행，창상소，수술효과호회복쾌，가보지외관병중복진행。
Objective To evaluate the clinical role of hair follicle destruction with lid splitting in the treatment for distichiasis and aberrant lashes .Methods A study was carried out on 35 cases (65 eyes) of distichiasis and aberrant la-shes.Patients were treated with lid splitting combined with hair follicle destruction by scorching under a microscope .All patients were followed-up for at least three months .Results Totally 56 eyes were cured .Distichiasis and aberrant lashes recurred in 9 eyes.In these recurred cases, a second treatment was conducted 3 months later.Conclusion Lid splitting combined with hair follicle destruction by scorching is an effective and simple method for distichiasis and aberrant lashes .
