目的：探讨一种治疗大泡性角膜病变的新方法。方法对不具备行角膜移植的大泡性角膜病变患者行角膜板层错位切开＋羊膜移植术，观察其疗效。结果本组8例（8只眼）患者行手术治疗后，眼痛、流泪症状消失，角膜上皮修复，缓解了症状，保留了眼球。结论角膜板层错位切开联合羊膜移植对于不具备行角膜移植的大泡性角膜病变患者可有效缓解症状，减轻患者痛苦，且操作简单，值得基层推广。
목적：탐토일충치료대포성각막병변적신방법。방법대불구비행각막이식적대포성각막병변환자행각막판층착위절개＋양막이식술，관찰기료효。결과본조8례（8지안）환자행수술치료후，안통、류루증상소실，각막상피수복，완해료증상，보류료안구。결론각막판층착위절개연합양막이식대우불구비행각막이식적대포성각막병변환자가유효완해증상，감경환자통고，차조작간단，치득기층추엄。
Objective To evaluate a new therapy for bullous keratopathy .Methods Dislocated incisions of la-mellar cornea combined with amniotic membrane transplantation were used to treat patients with bullous keratopathy who were not suitable for keratoplasty .The curative effects were observed .Results Eight patients underwent the surgery .Cor-neal epithelium was restored .Symptoms such as eye pain and irritation disappeared .Other symptoms were alleviated and the eyeballs were retained .Conclusion Dislocated incisions of lamellar cornea combined with amniotic membrane trans-plantation can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with bullous keratopathy who were not suitable for keratoplasty .It can relieve the patients ’ pain, and the operation is simple .This technique is worthy of promotion in primary care facilities .
