目的:观察一站式儿童保健服务模式对促进儿童保健质量的效果。方法从2010年1月至2013年1月山东省青岛市城阳区人民医院儿童保健区接收的儿童中抽取160例作为研究对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各80例。对干预组儿童实施一站式儿童保健服务模式,对照组儿童实施常规儿童保健服务模式,对比6个月后两组儿童的保健质量。结果儿童保健情况:干预组儿童保健系统管理率为82.51%,保健时平均等待时间为32.3±4.8min;对照组儿童保健系统管理率为63.87%,保健时平均等待时间为54.1±7.6min;干预组儿童保健的系统管理率及平均等待时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.713,t=4.681,均P<0.05)。儿童家属满意度:干预组儿童家属满意率为95%,对照组儿童家属满意率为75%,前者高于后者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.619,P<0.05)。结论开展一站式儿童保健服务能明显提高儿童保健质量,值得进一步的普及和推广。

목적:관찰일참식인동보건복무모식대촉진인동보건질량적효과。방법종2010년1월지2013년1월산동성청도시성양구인민의원인동보건구접수적인동중추취160례작위연구대상,수궤분위간예조화대조조,매조각80례。대간예조인동실시일참식인동보건복무모식,대조조인동실시상규인동보건복무모식,대비6개월후량조인동적보건질량。결과인동보건정황:간예조인동보건계통관리솔위82.51%,보건시평균등대시간위32.3±4.8min;대조조인동보건계통관리솔위63.87%,보건시평균등대시간위54.1±7.6min;간예조인동보건적계통관리솔급평균등대시간균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(χ2=4.713,t=4.681,균P<0.05)。인동가속만의도:간예조인동가속만의솔위95%,대조조인동가속만의솔위75%,전자고우후자,차이유통계학의의(χ2=4.619,P<0.05)。결론개전일참식인동보건복무능명현제고인동보건질량,치득진일보적보급화추엄。
Objective To observe the effect of one-stop child health care service model on promoting child care quality .Methods From January 2010 to January 2013 160 children were selected from those admitted in Chengyang District People ’ s Hospital of Qingdao City in Shandong Province for the study , and they were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 80 cases in each .The intervention group received one-stop child health care service model , while the control group accepted conventional child health care service model.The child health care of two groups was compared after 6 months.Results The systematic management rate of child health care of the intervention group was 82.51%, and the average waiting time was 32.3 ±4.8min.Those of the control group were 63.87%and 54.1 ±7.6min, respectively.The intervention group was superior to the control group in systematic management rate and average waiting time with statistical significance (χ2 =4.713,t=4.681, both P<0.05).The family satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75%) (χ2 =4.619, P<0.05).Conclusion The one-stop child health care service can improve the quality of health care for children , so it is worth further popularizing .
