对锁阳熊果酸的乙醇回流提取工艺进行了研究,并采用响应面法优化了提取工艺条件。结果表明:在乙醇体积分数为80%、提取温度78℃、提取时间1?6 h、液料比14∶1( mL ∶ g)、提取2次的条件下,锁阳熊果酸的提取量为6?43 mg/g,提取率为97?72%。
對鎖暘熊果痠的乙醇迴流提取工藝進行瞭研究,併採用響應麵法優化瞭提取工藝條件。結果錶明:在乙醇體積分數為80%、提取溫度78℃、提取時間1?6 h、液料比14∶1( mL ∶ g)、提取2次的條件下,鎖暘熊果痠的提取量為6?43 mg/g,提取率為97?72%。

The ethanol refluxing extraction technology of ursolic acid from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. was studied. The response surface method was used to optimize the conditions. The result indi?cate that under conditions of ethanol volume fraction 80%, extraction temperature 78℃, extraction time 1?6 h, liquid?solid ratio 14 ∶ 1 ( mL ∶ g) , extraction times 2, the extraction amount of ursolic acid was 6?43 mg/g and the extraction rate was 97?72%.
