为了改善红枣干燥机内部流场的分布情况,以气体运动微分方程和标准k-ε湍流模型为基础,多孔介质模型代替物料层,利用计算流体动力学软件CFD对干燥室的流场进行了数值模拟,得到了热介质在干燥室内的流动情况及入口风速对物料层压降的影响。结果表明:干燥机入口风速为5~7 m/s,可满足红枣干燥速率要求;气流进入干燥室后撞击壁面形成的涡流现象,导致物料层风速的不均匀;随着入口风速的增加,干燥室内的压力有所上升,与红枣上下层压降呈有规律的变化。通过对干燥机内部流场的研究,为红枣干燥机的设计改进提供科学依据。
為瞭改善紅棘榦燥機內部流場的分佈情況,以氣體運動微分方程和標準k-ε湍流模型為基礎,多孔介質模型代替物料層,利用計算流體動力學軟件CFD對榦燥室的流場進行瞭數值模擬,得到瞭熱介質在榦燥室內的流動情況及入口風速對物料層壓降的影響。結果錶明:榦燥機入口風速為5~7 m/s,可滿足紅棘榦燥速率要求;氣流進入榦燥室後撞擊壁麵形成的渦流現象,導緻物料層風速的不均勻;隨著入口風速的增加,榦燥室內的壓力有所上升,與紅棘上下層壓降呈有規律的變化。通過對榦燥機內部流場的研究,為紅棘榦燥機的設計改進提供科學依據。

In order to improve the internal flow field distribution of j uj ubes dryer,the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)was used to simulate the inner flow of drying chamber based on the differential e-quation,and standard k-εturbulence model and porous medium model.The flow characteristics in the dr-ying chamber and the effect of inlet velocity on the pressure drop between material layers were obtained and used to analyze the improved designs based on the original structure.The simulation results indicated that the inlet velocity of dryer was 5~7 m/s,which could meet the requirements of the j uj ubes drying rate;four symmetrical reverse vortex zones were formed by the airflow impinging wall,which led to uneven ve-locity in the lower fruit;with the increase of inlet velocity,the pressure of drying chamber also rose,and in-let velocity and pressure drop between material layers changed regularly.The results provide the basis for the design of j uj ube fruit dryer by studying the inner flow of drying chamber.
