氮(N)和磷(P)是陆地生态系统的主要限制性元素,对植物生长起着十分重要的作用.本研究探讨了青藏高原亚高寒草甸围封地内,3种植物叶片氮磷化学计量特征在不同样地中的变化及其与土壤养分的关系.结果表明:甘青蒿(Artemisiatangutica)和垂穗披碱草(Elymusdahuricus)的叶 N 变异系数分别为14.9%和24.34%,均高于叶P变异系数的8.12%和20.90%,表明其叶片内N比P活跃;紫花苜蓿(Medicagosativa)与之相反,变异系数为叶 N(12.56%)小于叶 P(14.49%).不同样地内,甘青蒿和垂穗披碱草的叶 N、P 含量均呈显著性差异(P<0.05),紫花苜蓿的叶P含量呈极显著差异(P<0.01),表明植物在不同样地中叶片养分差异显著.甘青蒿和垂穗披碱草的叶 N、P含量与土壤 N、P含量均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),紫花苜蓿叶 N 与土壤养分均无显著相关性,叶N∶P值与土壤P含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05).这表明试验样地内,甘青蒿和垂穗披碱草的生长倾向于土壤 N、P元素的影响,紫花苜蓿则更倾向于受到P元素的影响.

Nitrogen(N)and phosphorous(P)are the main restrictive elements of the terrestrial ecosys-tems,and they also act very important roles to the growing of plants.We discussed the stoichiometrical characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus in three plant leaves and their relationship to the soil contents in the enclosed area of sub-alpine meadow located in the northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The results showed that variable coefficients of leaf N in Artemisiatangutica and Elymusdahuricus were 14.9% and 24.34% respectively,which were 8.12% and 20.90% higher than that of leaf P,and this showed that leaf N was more flexible than leaf P.On the contrary,the variable coefficient of leaf N(12.56%)was lower than that of leaf P(14.49%)in Medicagosativa.The N and P contents of Artemisiatangutica and Elymus dahuricus were all differed significantly among three sample areas(P<0.05,and the P content of Medicago sativa also shows significant difference(P<0.01).This showed that nutrient contents of plant leaves were significantly different among different sample areas.The leaf N and P contents of Artemisia tangutica and Elymusdahuricus were both significantly positively related to soil N and P(P<0.05).Leaf N of Medicago sativa did not significantly related to soil nutrient content,while the N∶P ratio of its leaf had significantly negative correlation with soil P concentration(P<0.05).This suggested that in sample areas,Artemisia tangutica and Elymusdahuricus were inclined to be influenced by soil N and P,while Medicagosativa was more inclined to be influenced by P.This study could provide basic information for the biodiversity protec-tion and vegetation restoration of study region.
