为研究一种活性参超微粉配合速溶咖啡制备的人参咖啡对实验型高血脂症小鼠的降血脂作用。用甲醇提取人参咖啡中的人参皂苷成分,并采用高效液相色谱法( HPLC)测定人参咖啡中主要人参皂苷含量。将实验小鼠分为正常对照组、模型组、咖啡组(2?25 g/kg)及人参咖啡组(2?25 g/kg)。小鼠灌胃给药5周,每天测量记录小鼠体质量、饮食、饮水变化。5周后测定小鼠血清中的总胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯( TG)、低密度脂蛋白( LDL-c)和高密度脂蛋白( HDL-c)。结果表明:人参咖啡中7种主要皂苷总含量为0?989 mg/g;经过5周治疗后,人参咖啡组与模型组小鼠相比血清中TC水平降低了12?29%(P<0?01),TG水平降低了7?42%( P<0?05),LDL-c水平降低了12?21%( P<0?05),HDL-c水平升高了5?74%。人参咖啡具有改善高血脂症小鼠血脂紊乱的作用,可降低动脉粥样硬化发生的危险性。

위연구일충활성삼초미분배합속용가배제비적인삼가배대실험형고혈지증소서적강혈지작용。용갑순제취인삼가배중적인삼조감성분,병채용고효액상색보법( HPLC)측정인삼가배중주요인삼조감함량。장실험소서분위정상대조조、모형조、가배조(2?25 g/kg)급인삼가배조(2?25 g/kg)。소서관위급약5주,매천측량기록소서체질량、음식、음수변화。5주후측정소서혈청중적총담고순( TC)、감유삼지( TG)、저밀도지단백( LDL-c)화고밀도지단백( HDL-c)。결과표명:인삼가배중7충주요조감총함량위0?989 mg/g;경과5주치료후,인삼가배조여모형조소서상비혈청중TC수평강저료12?29%(P<0?01),TG수평강저료7?42%( P<0?05),LDL-c수평강저료12?21%( P<0?05),HDL-c수평승고료5?74%。인삼가배구유개선고혈지증소서혈지문란적작용,가강저동맥죽양경화발생적위험성。
Antihyperlipidemic effects of instant ginseng coffee made of active ginseng ultrafine pow?ders and instant coffee on experimental mice of hyperlipemia were studied. Ginsengside was extracted from ginseng coffee with methanol and ginsengside content in ginseng coffee was quantified by HPLC. The mice were divided into four groups randomly, including normal control group, model group, coffee group(2?25 g/kg) and ginseng coffee group(2?25 g/kg). Intragastic administration was applied to all the mice for 5 weeks, and body weight, food and fluid intake of the mice were mo?nitored every day. After 5 weeks′gavage administration, TC, TG, LDL-c and HDL-c of serum of the mice were measured. The total content of seven main ginsengsides was 0?989 mg/g. After 5 weeks′treatment, compared with model group, TC of ginseng coffee group reduced by 12?29%( P<0?01) , TG of ginseng coffee group reduced by 7?42%( P<0?05) , LDL-c of ginseng coffee group reduced by 12?21%( P<0?05) , and HDL-c of ginseng coffee group increased by 5?74%. Ginseng coffee can improve lipid abnormality of mice of hyperlipemia and reduce the risks of atherosclerosis.
