采用室内毒力测定、田间药效试验和对异色瓢虫幼虫的影响3种方式,对10种花椒棉蚜常用杀虫剂进行研究,以期筛选出适于防治该虫杀虫活性较好、对天敌杀伤力小的杀虫剂.结果表明:1%苦参碱6.67~10 mg/L、3%噻虫啉15 mg/L、2.2%甲维盐7.33~11 mg/L、5%桉油精62.5~100 mg/L、0.5%藜芦碱3.33 mg/L和5%阿维菌素8.33 mg/L对花椒棉蚜具有良好的速效性、持效性,药后5 d防治效果均在90%以上,且对异色瓢虫幼虫影响较小,可在生产上大力推广.

Aphis gossypil causes significant damage to Zanthoxylumbungeanum.The aim of this study was to screen biotic insecticides with enhanced insecticidal activity against small predators.After determi-ning the virulence,the efficacy of the insecticide in the field and its effect on Harmonia axyridis larvae were determined using three techniques.We screened 10 commonly used insecticides.It was observed that 6 .6 7~1 0 mg/L of 1% matrine SL,1 5 mg/L of 3% thiacloprid CS,7 .3 3~1 1 mg/L of 2 .2% emamectin benzoate ME,62.5~100 mg/L of 5% cineoge SL,3.33 mg/L of 0.5% sabadigga SLX,and 8.33 mg/L of 5% abamectin EW exerted a rapid and durable effect.Approximately 90% control was achieved after treat-ment for 5 days.The effect on H.axyridis larvae was not significant.It is suggested that the insecticides can be used for extension.
