为了寻求有效的方法来鉴定葡萄品种的抗寒力,试验以12个葡萄品种一年生成熟枝条为试材,分别在-15、-18、-21、-24、-27、-30、-33℃下进行低温胁迫处理,以0℃沙藏的枝条为对照,测定不同低温胁迫下供试品种的电导率、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量,同时用聚类分析法和隶属函数法对供试葡萄品种的抗寒性进行综合评价。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,各品种枝条的相对电导率、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量逐渐升高。综合鉴定结果为:砧木‘双红’、‘北冰红’、‘左优红’为高抗(HR);‘775’、‘雷司令’、‘霞多丽’、‘巨峰’为中抗(MR);‘梅鹿特’、‘黑比诺’为低抗(LR);‘赤霞珠’、‘红地球’、‘白比诺’为不抗(S)。综合聚类分析和隶属函数法,再结合相关性分析,可以有效地鉴定不同葡萄品种的抗寒性。

In order to quest a more effective way to evaluate grape cold resistance,the one year old branches of 12 cultivars were treated under different cold stress condition (0,-18,-21,-24,-27,-30 and -33℃).The cold hardiness was identified based on the leakage of electrolytes,soluble sugar,free pro-line.Cluster analysis and subordinate function were carried out for comprehensive evaluation.The results indicated that the relative conductance,soluble sugar,free proline increased as the temperature decreased. Higher resistance cultivars were ‘Shuanghon’,‘Beibinhon’and ‘Zuoyouhon’,Middle Resistance cultivars were ‘775’,‘Riesling’,‘Chardonnay’and ‘Kyoho’,Lower Resistance cultivars were ‘Merlot’and ‘Pinot noir’,‘Cabernet Sauvignon’,‘Red Globe’and‘Pinot Blanc’showed more susceptible to cold.It is sugges-ted that the comprehensive analysis could be used for identification cold hardiness of grapevines.
