Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep%tail%organization structure%docking operation
采用形态观察与组织切片结合的方法对兰州大尾羊的尾巴的形态特征和组织结构进行了研究,并尝试了一种针对兰州大尾羊的外科手术断尾方法。结果表明:兰州大尾羊尾巴是一个扁平的脂肪袋。尾巴的内部结构由4层构成,由表及里,依次是皮肤层、皮下脂肪层、尾椎周围的肌肉层和中心的尾骨。主要血管在尾椎周围的肌束之间。皮下脂肪层很厚,形成了尾巴的主体。尾巴的轴心是尾椎及周围的肌束。断尾手术的要点是:精确确定切口位置,环形切开皮肤和脂肪,将尾椎及其周围的肌束和血管整体结扎,并将这些组织一次性断离。

In order to investigate the morphological structure of tail of Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep,we studied the morphological characteristics and structure of the tail by morphological observation and histo-logical paraffin section,and also established the docking operation to study the fatty metabolism and depo-sition.The results shows as follows,the tail of Lanzhou fat-tailed sheep is a flat fat bag.The internal struc-ture of the tail is composed of skin,subcutaneous fat,the muscular layer around coccygeal vertebra and the tailbone from the surface to the inner layer.The major vessels of the tail distributed in the muscle bundle,which are around the coccygeal vertebra.The subcutaneous fat is very thick and forms the main part of the tail.The coccygeal vertebra and the muscle around coccygeal vertebra is the axis of the tail.The key points of the docking operation are that the position of incision should be precise,the skin and the fat should be cut circularly,and all of the coccygeal vertebra and the muscle around the coccygeal vertebra and the ves-sels should be ligated and then separated at once.
