随着我国对教育事业重视程度的不断增加，各个阶段的教育事业不断发展，高职院校作为为我国社会主义现代化培养专业化人才的基地也在近几年内实现了突飞猛进式的发展，招生人数也在不断扩大。但是随之而来的一些问题也不得忽视，学生管理工作面临这诸多挑战。本文以现代高职院校学生管理工作存在的问题为切入点，细致分析现代高职院校的学生管理工作现状，并对目前高职院校学生管理工作提出了几点建议。

Along with the increasing importance of the education enterprise in our country, the various stages of education career development, for our country socialist modernization to cultivate specialized talented person's base, higher vocational colleges in recent years achieved rapid development, enrollment is also growing. But followed some of the problems can not be ignored, student management work faces the challenges. Modern higher vocational college students with problems in management as the breakthrough point, this article analyzes the present situation of the student management work in higher vocational colleges, and put forward several proposals to the student management work in higher vocational colleges.
