目的：观察血塞通低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择急性脑梗死患者98例，半随机分为两组。治疗组57例用血塞通粉针加入低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗；对照组41例用丹参川芎嗪、胞二磷胆碱和维脑路通注射液治疗，疗程14 d。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组的神经功能缺损评分减少程度明显大于对照组（P＜0.01），未发现明显副作用。结论血塞通低分子右旋糖酐联合神经节苷脂治疗急性脑梗死是一种安全有效的治疗方案，值得临床推广。
목적：관찰혈새통저분자우선당항연합신경절감지치료급성뇌경사적료효。방법선택급성뇌경사환자98례，반수궤분위량조。치료조57례용혈새통분침가입저분자우선당항연합신경절감지치료；대조조41례용단삼천궁진、포이린담감화유뇌로통주사액치료，료정14 d。결과치료조림상료효우우대조조（P＜0.05），치료조적신경공능결손평분감소정도명현대우대조조（P＜0.01），미발현명현부작용。결론혈새통저분자우선당항연합신경절감지치료급성뇌경사시일충안전유효적치료방안，치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of xuesaitong injection powder , low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction .Methods Ninety-eight patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups ,the treatment group ( n=57 ) was treated with xuesai-tong injection powder, low molecular dextran combined with ganglioside;the control group(n=41) was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine, citicoline, venoruton injection,the course of treatment was 14 days.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) , the reducing degree of neurological deficit scores in the treatment group was significantly more than that in the control group ( P<0.01 ) , there was no significant side effects in the treatment .Conclusion Xuesaitong injection , low molecular dextran com-bined with ganglioside in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is a kind of safe and effective therapeutic method and is worthy of promotion .
