订单培养是校企合作办学中最有效、最直接的一种人才培养模式，也是促进校企深度合作的重要途径。但是，当前高职艺术院校在运行订单培养模式过程中，存在着很多问题，严重制约着订单培养的效果。本文对高职艺术院校订单培养存在的问题进行了分析，并提出了有效实施订单培养的思路和改进措施，从而为高职艺术院校实行订单培养模式的顺利开展提供了依据和方法。
訂單培養是校企閤作辦學中最有效、最直接的一種人纔培養模式，也是促進校企深度閤作的重要途徑。但是，噹前高職藝術院校在運行訂單培養模式過程中，存在著很多問題，嚴重製約著訂單培養的效果。本文對高職藝術院校訂單培養存在的問題進行瞭分析，併提齣瞭有效實施訂單培養的思路和改進措施，從而為高職藝術院校實行訂單培養模式的順利開展提供瞭依據和方法。
정단배양시교기합작판학중최유효、최직접적일충인재배양모식，야시촉진교기심도합작적중요도경。단시，당전고직예술원교재운행정단배양모식과정중，존재착흔다문제，엄중제약착정단배양적효과。본문대고직예술원교정단배양존재적문제진행료분석，병제출료유효실시정단배양적사로화개진조시，종이위고직예술원교실행정단배양모식적순리개전제공료의거화방법。
Order to cultivate university-enterprise cooperation in running schools is the most effective and most direct a talent training mode, is also an important way to promote the depth of the cooperation between colleges. But the current higher vocational art colleges and universities in the process of running order training mode, there are many problems, seriously restricts the orders, the effect of training. In this paper, the problems existing in order to cultivate higher vocational art colleges is analyzed, and puts forward some ideas and improvement measures to effectively implement order cultivation, to develop smoothly in order to cultivate mode of higher vocational art colleges to provide the basis and methods.
