目的:探讨网络辅助平台结合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在泌尿外科护理教学中的应用方法和效果。方法选择同一年级87名学生,按不同班级分为试验组44名和对照组43名,在泌尿外科护理教学中,试验组采用网络辅助平台结合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。比较两组学生理论考试成绩的差异,采用调查问卷了解试验组学生对教学方法的评价。结果试验组学生理论考试成绩优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。86.36%以上试验组学生对网络辅助平台结合CBL教学法是满意的。结论网络辅助平台结合CBL教学法使教学过程更加生动有趣,培养了学生评判性思维,提高了学生理论知识水平和教学效果。

Objective To explore the effects of the internet-assisted platform combined with case-based learning(CBL)in teaching of urinary surgical nursing.Methods Eighty-seven students from the same grade were divided into experiment group(n=44) and control group(n=43)according to their natural class. Internet-assisted platform combined with CBL was used in the experiment group,while the traditional teaching mode was used in the control group during the teaching of urinary surgical nursing. The results of examination on the nursing theory in the two groups were compared. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the test group.Results The score on nursing theory in the test group was significant higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). More than 86.36%students were positive about the internet-assisted platform combined with CBL in the experiment group.Conclusions The internet-assisted CBL can make the teaching more vivid and interesting.It cultivates the students’critical thinking,improves the students’ability of autonomous learning,which as a result of improving teaching effects.
