外显学习方式和内隐学习方式是熟练掌握一项运动技能的两种途径,这两种途径相互依存并协调发展。在运动技能的学习中,内隐学习的途径经常被忽略,应引起高度重视。本文使用录像教学法、图示教学法、表象教学法和暗示教学法能调动学生潜在的学习积极性,使学生在课外主动钻研专业技术,有利于学生网球专业技术的提高和流畅动作的形成,有利于推动网球事业的蓬勃开展。
外顯學習方式和內隱學習方式是熟練掌握一項運動技能的兩種途徑,這兩種途徑相互依存併協調髮展。在運動技能的學習中,內隱學習的途徑經常被忽略,應引起高度重視。本文使用錄像教學法、圖示教學法、錶象教學法和暗示教學法能調動學生潛在的學習積極性,使學生在課外主動鑽研專業技術,有利于學生網毬專業技術的提高和流暢動作的形成,有利于推動網毬事業的蓬勃開展。
외현학습방식화내은학습방식시숙련장악일항운동기능적량충도경,저량충도경상호의존병협조발전。재운동기능적학습중,내은학습적도경경상피홀략,응인기고도중시。본문사용록상교학법、도시교학법、표상교학법화암시교학법능조동학생잠재적학습적겁성,사학생재과외주동찬연전업기술,유리우학생망구전업기술적제고화류창동작적형성,유리우추동망구사업적봉발개전。
Implicit learning and explicit learning are the two ways for student to obtain sport skills;they cooperate with each other and will transform under the given condition. But in sport skill learning, the former is often neglected, which should be highly noticed. The writers of this paper point out that using video, graphic, idea and suggestive teaching methods can mobilize students ’ latent learning enthusiasm and make them actively master tennis skills. And this is helpful to promote not only students’ tennis skills but also vigorous development of tennis.
