本文对当代新员工职业价值观特点进行分析,新员工期待在职业活动中同时满足各种需要,只是重要性不一,重要性从高到低的排序为自我实现需要、社交需要、安全需要、尊重需要和生理需要。这与马斯洛需要层次理论并不完全符合。本文还分析了新员工职业价值需要的影响因素,提出了企业从员工招聘、培训开发、绩效管理、创新管理等方面满足新员工职业价值需要的对策。
本文對噹代新員工職業價值觀特點進行分析,新員工期待在職業活動中同時滿足各種需要,隻是重要性不一,重要性從高到低的排序為自我實現需要、社交需要、安全需要、尊重需要和生理需要。這與馬斯洛需要層次理論併不完全符閤。本文還分析瞭新員工職業價值需要的影響因素,提齣瞭企業從員工招聘、培訓開髮、績效管理、創新管理等方麵滿足新員工職業價值需要的對策。

The characteristics of the occupation values of new employees are analyzed in this paper. The new employees look forward to satisfy their own physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, esteem needs and self actualization needs simultaneously in the occupation activity, but the importance of various needs is different, and the sequence of the importance is from high to low self actualization needs, social needs, security needs, esteem needs and the physiological needs. This situation does not fully comply with Maslow’ s need hierarchy theory. The influence factors of occupation value need of new employees are also analyzed in this paper, and the countermeasures to meet their occupation value need are put forward from the recruitment, training and development, performance management, and innovation management.
