顶岗实习是高职院校人才培养的重要实践环节，也是培养高素质技术技能型人才的重要途径。通过分析高职院校顶岗实习运行现状及其成因，找出了校企双方在顶岗实习中的合作突破点和利益契合点，从而构建并完善了基于利益驱动的高职院校顶岗实习运行模式，以期为高职院校顶岗实习实践教学提供参考。

Post practice is an im portant practice link of higher vocational talent training, also an im portant w ay to cultivate the talents w ith high skill. Through analyzing the operation situation and causes of higher vocational post practice, it finds out breakthrough and interests convergence betw een school and enterprise, builds and im proves the operation m ode of higher vocational colleges post practice based on profit-driven, in order to provide reference for the post practice teaching in higher vocational colleges.
