为了解“五步辅导法”在高职护生护士执业考试培训中的应用效果,通过对参加2013年护士执业考试培训的护生进行培训前摸底考试,抽取402名护生,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组采用传统教学方法培训,实验班采用“五步辅导法”培训。培训结束后,对模拟考试、全国护士执业考试通过率以及主观问卷调查方式对该辅导方式进行效果评价,结果显示:实验组护生模拟考试成绩和护考通过率与对照组相比明显偏高,主观问卷调查满意度与对照组相比也明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。证明该方法有助于提高教学效果,培养护生综合能力,提升护士执业资格考试应试水平。

To understand the application of "five-step coaching m ethod" in higher vocational nursing practicing exam training, by an assessm ent test am ong nursing students for 2013 nurse practicing requirem ent exam ination training, it extracts 402 students, random ly divided into experim ental group and control group, the control group adopts the traditional teaching m ethod, and the experim ental group uses the "five step coaching m ethod". A fter the training, it evaluates the coaching m ethod from the sim ulation test, national nurse practice requirem ents exam and subjective questionnaire, the results show that com pared w ith the control group the passing rate is obviously on the high side, subjective questionnaire survey satisfaction is increased significantly, and the difference has statistical significance (P < 0.01). It proves that the m ethod is helpful to im prove teaching effect, cultivate com prehensive ability of nursing students, and enhance the level of taking nurse practicing qualification exam ination.
