细胞培养是生物技术专业从业人员必备的核心实验技能，细胞培养技术被广泛地应用于生物治疗、生物制药、生物制品等多个生物技术职业领域。鉴于此，需深入研究高职生物技术专业“实用性”特点对细胞培养实验技能的要求，对实验教学进行改革。依据工作过程设计项目单元，引入开放式教学模式和授课方法，建立绩效评价体系。拟建“一体化，双层次”实验教学新体系，以提高辽宁医药职业学院生物技术学生的综合素质和实验技能。

C ell culture technology is w idely applied in biological treatm ent, biological pharm aceutical and biological products, and other biological technical professions. In view of this, it is necessary to further study the requirem ent of higher vocational biotechnology m ajor"practicality" for cell culture experim ent skill, and reform the experim ent teaching: design the project unit according to the w orking process, introduce the open teaching m ode and teaching m ethod, and establish perform ance evaluation system .
