目的：观察前列倍喜胶囊治疗III型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将90例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分成3组，各30例，分别给予前列倍喜胶囊、甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片、前列倍喜胶囊联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片治疗，用药均为6周。结果：中药组（前列倍喜胶囊）与西药组（甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；结合组（前列倍喜胶囊联合甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片）与中药组（前列倍喜胶囊）、西药组（甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片）比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：前列倍喜胶囊对III型前列腺炎有缓解症状、促进症状消除和促进前列腺炎恢复的作用。
목적：관찰전렬배희효낭치료III형전렬선염적림상료효。방법：장90례만성전렬선염환자수궤분성3조，각30례，분별급여전렬배희효낭、갑광산다사서진공석편、전렬배희효낭연합갑광산다사서진공석편치료，용약균위6주。결과：중약조（전렬배희효낭）여서약조（갑광산다사서진공석편）비교，차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；결합조（전렬배희효낭연합갑광산다사서진공석편）여중약조（전렬배희효낭）、서약조（갑광산다사서진공석편）비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：전렬배희효낭대III형전렬선염유완해증상、촉진증상소제화촉진전렬선염회복적작용。
Objectives:To observe the curative effect of Qianliebeixi capsule for III -type prostatitis. Methods:90 patients with chronic prostatitis were divided into 3 groups,each of 30 ones.The three groups were given Qianliebeixi capsule,doxazosin mesylate,combination of the two above separately for six weeks.Results:There was no statistical difference between traditional Chinese medicine group and western medicine group (P>0.05 ),while significant difference between combination group and TCM group or western medicine group (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Qianliebeixi capsule has the curative functions of promoting inflammation absorption,relieving symptoms and speeding recovery.
