目的：了解看守所妇女艾滋病相关知识情况，为制定HIV感染预防措施提供依据。方法：应用自行设计的问卷，对看守所及收教所的妇女进行艾滋病相关知识和态度的调查。结果：看守所及收教所妇女艾滋病相关知识部分问题回答正确率较低，卖淫组和吸毒组问题知晓率普遍高于其他组。艾滋病知识获得途径以电视及互联网两种途径最高，分别为67.38％和41.40％。最近6个月性行为安全套坚持使用率平均为65.59％。结论：看守所及收教所羁押妇女对艾滋病知识知晓率仍然偏低，须针对不同人群进行艾滋病的知识宣传和妇女保健干预工作，控制艾滋病传播。

Objectives:To investigate the situation of AIDS related knowledge and attitudes among women in detention houses and penitentiary education houses,and to provide information for effective prevention of HIV transmission in women.Methods:A total of 558 subjects were divided into sex workers group,drug addicts group and other group,and surveyed by self-made questionnaire,including AIDS related knowledge and attitudes.Re-sults:The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was relatively low among women in detention houses and peni-tentiary education houses,and that among sex workers group and drug addicts group were relatively higher than that among other group.Television and internet were the primary ways to acquire AIDS related knowledge,67.38%and 41.40% respectively.65.59% of the women consistently used condom in the last six months.Conclusion:The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge is relatively low among women in detention houses and penitentiary educa-tion houses,and it is necessary to carry out more targeted AIDS related trainings and education for different group to control the HIV transmission in women.
