农业标准化是一门独立于现有各学科，又与其密切联系的领域系统科学，农业标准化人才特点显然不同与其他学科。本文分析了国内外农业标准化发展态势与人才需求的现实及长远趋势，提出了农业标准化学科发展的长期内动机制是学院式的人才培养体系建设与培养机制的形成；指出建立大学农业标准化学科的院系，设置本、硕、博人才培养体系，是农业标准化人才培养的关键。短训式人才培养，成为不可缺少的人才队伍建设的补充；农业标准化人才分为策划管理类和应用实操类，从学科结构看，前者为横断综合类人才，后者则为学科专业类人才。文章初步勾勒出了我国农业标准化高级人才培养的专业发展路线图。

Agricultural standardization belong to the system science is a independent discipline but closely connected with the agricultural field, so the features of agricultural standardization talents are obviously different from others. The article analyzes the development trend of domestic and foreign agricultural standardization as well as the reality and long-term trend of the demand for talents, and proposes that the establishment of academic talent cultivation system and the formation of the cultivation mechanism are the factors of a long-term internal motivation mechanism of the development of agricultural standardization. The key to the talents cultivation of agricultural standardization is to establish the subject departments at universities and set up the bachelor, master, and doctor talent cultivation system in persistent. Short-term training talents become an indispensable talent team construction of complement;Agricultural standardization talent is divided into:planning management and the application field, from the discipline structure, the former for cross sectional comprehensive talented person, the latter for the professional class. The article provides a general configuration of talents cultivation by establishing an agricultural standardization department at universities based on the agricultural standardization discipline and sketches out a professional development roadmap for cultivating advanced talents of agricultural standardization.
