目的：探究腹腔镜下完成宫颈癌保留神经平面广泛子宫切除的安全性和疗效。方法将102例宫颈癌患者在知情前提下随机分为对照组50例和改良组52例。对照组患者行NSRH，改良组患者行NPSRH，比较2组的安全性和疗效。数据用χ2检验，组间采用t检验。结果改良组减少了手术时间（P＜0．05），且与对照组比较同样安全（P＞0．05）；改良组患者的疗效优于对照组，但组间差异不显著（P＞0．05）。结论腹腔镜下NPSRH不但简化了保留神经手术的繁琐步骤，而且安全有效。
목적：탐구복강경하완성궁경암보류신경평면엄범자궁절제적안전성화료효。방법장102례궁경암환자재지정전제하수궤분위대조조50례화개량조52례。대조조환자행NSRH，개량조환자행NPSRH，비교2조적안전성화료효。수거용χ2검험，조간채용t검험。결과개량조감소료수술시간（P＜0．05），차여대조조비교동양안전（P＞0．05）；개량조환자적료효우우대조조，단조간차이불현저（P＞0．05）。결론복강경하NPSRH불단간화료보류신경수술적번쇄보취，이차안전유효。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of nerve plane-sparing radical hysterectomy for cervi-cal cancer under laparoscope .Methods 102 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into the control group with 50 cases,and the modified group with 52 cases.The control group received nerve sparing radical hysterectomy ,and the modified group received nerve plane-sparing radical hysterectomy .The safety and therapeutic effects between the 2 groups were compared . Data was analyzed by 2 test and group differences were analyzed by t test .Results The operative time was significantly reduced in the modified group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improved group was safe as well (P>0.05).And the therapeutic effect of the improved group was better than that of the control group ,the difference was not statistical significant ( P>0.05).Conclusion Nerve plane-sparing radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer under laparoscope simplifies the tedious opera -tive steps,and is safe and effective .
