目的：研究30例非霍奇金淋巴瘤老年患者的临床病理资料和生存情况，探讨其中规律。方法回顾性分析30例非霍奇金淋巴瘤老年患者的临床病理特点、预后情况，探讨临床病理因素与生存率之间的关系。结果初治者在1年、2年、5年生存率方面均优于复治者（P＜0．05），性别、病理类别对生存率无影响（P＞0．05），有B组症状者以及分期较高者的生存率显著降低（P＜0．05）。结论非霍奇金淋巴瘤老年患者病理分型复杂，以弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤为主，复治、有B组症状以及分期较高均为降低生存率的因素，其他因素影响尚不明显。

Objective To study the clinicopathological data and survival conditions of 30 elderly patients with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.Methods The clinicopathological features and prognosis conditions of 30 elderly patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed ,and then explore the relationship between clinicopathological factors and sur-vival rates .Results The 1-,2-and 5-year survival rates of patients who got the first treatment were better than those who got re -treatment (P<0.05).Both gender and pathological classification did not affect survival rates (P>0.05),patients with B symp-toms and higher staging had lower survival rates (P<0.05).Conclusion The pathological type of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in elderly patients is very complex ,is mainly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.Retreatment,group B symptoms and higher staging can lower the survival rates;the effects of other factors are not clear .
