针对多目视觉测量方法视场小的缺点,提出了单目视觉镜像虚拟多目视觉成像的方法。通过高精度旋转台带动被测物转动获取空间点在不同位置的单目视觉成像模型,利用旋转平移矩阵统一单目视觉成像模型坐标系,建立基于单目视觉的虚拟多目视觉成像模型,以此测量空间点三维坐标。根据上述理论搭建了实验系统,进行了空间点坐标重复性测量实验。空间点坐标测量值标准差小于0.015 mm,空间点几何约束测量值相对精度为0.123%,表明基于虚拟多目视觉传感器模型的单目多角度空间点坐标测量方法稳定可靠,实现了空间点的大范围、高精度测量。

Vision measurement plays a very important role in spatial point measurement. A high accuracy measurement of spatial point covering a wide range coordinates is presented based on monocular vision imaging. A virtual multi-vision imaging model(VMIM) is employed to improve the accuracy of this method. VMIM is composed of multiple monocular imaging models with different external parameters. An experimental system is established base on this theory and the space points with a wide range coordinate are measured. The standard deviation of the measured coordinate values is less than 0.015 mm. The accuracy of the spatial points with geometric constraints is 0.123%. Experimental results show that the monocular multi-angle measurement is stable and reliable, and it is a wide range and high-precision measurement method.
