目的：探讨骨肉瘤保肢术后感染的治疗及患者生存状况。方法对接受保肢手术后发生感染的63例骨肉瘤患者采用不同的手术方式进行治疗，对治疗效果及感染患者治疗前后的功能进行比较，分析感染患者的生存状况。结果二期假体翻修手术的成功率明显高于其他手术方式。治疗后，患者的功能得到很大的提升。感染患者的生存率比未感染患者高。以上差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论二期假体翻修手术是治疗骨肉瘤术后感染的有效方法，感染治疗后，患者的肢体功能得到较大提升，术后感染患者的生存率高于未感染患者。

Objective To study the treatment and living conditions of infected patients with osteosarcoma after limb sal -vage surgery .Methods 63 infected patients with osteosarcoma after limb-salvage surgery were treated by different surgery meth-ods,efficacy and function of patients with infection before and after treatment were compared ,the living conditions of infected pa-tients were analyzed .Results The success rate of second period prosthesis surgery was obviously higher than that of other opera -tion methods.After treatment,the function of the patients got significant improvements .The survival rate of infected patients was higher than that of uninfected patients .The above differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Second period prosthesis surgery is an effective method for osteosarcoma patients with postoperative infection ,after treatment ,patients'limb func-tion increased greatly ,the survival rate of infected patient is higher than that of uninfected patients after surgery .
