目的：探索后程三维适形放疗技术（3D-CRT）治疗鼻咽癌的临床疗效与优势。方法回顾性分析同期采用后程3D-CRT技术（46例）和常规分割放疗技术（CF）（38例）治疗的84例初治鼻咽癌患者的临床资料。随访5年，从生存率和局部区域控制率的角度分析2种不同方法治疗鼻咽癌的实际疗效。结果后程3D-CRT组与CF组比较，1、2、3、4、5年生存率、无进展生存率和局部区域控制率均无明显统计学差异。但后程3D-CRT技术的总生存率和无进展生存率有增高的趋势。结论尽管后程3D-CRT技术与CF技术相比，在局部区域控制率和生存率上差异均无统计学意义，但其总生存率和无进展生存率有增高趋势。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and advantages of late course three dimensional conformal radio -therapy (3D-CRT) for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients.Methods 46 NPC patients who treated by late course 3D-CRT and 38 NPC patients who treated by conventional fractionated radiotherapy (CF) were retrospectively analyzed.The follow-up time for every patient was 5 years,and then the survival rate and local control rate were analyzed between the 2 groups.Results There was no significant difference in 1,2,3,4,5 year survival rats and local control rates between the 2 groups.But there was a rising trend in overall survival and progression-free survival rates of 3D-CRT.Conclusion Although there is no significant differ-ence in survival rate and local control rate between late course 3D-CRT and CF,but the overall survival and progression-free sur-vival rates of late course 3D-CRT are higher.
