目的：探讨喉癌患者血清、唾液及组织中VEGF及MMP的表达情况。方法选取65例喉癌患者为观察组，并以同期的65例声带息肉患者为对照组，然后将2组患者的血清、唾液及组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D及MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13表达情况进行检测及比较，同时比较观察组中不同分期喉癌患者的血清、唾液及组织检测结果。结果观察组的血清及组织中VEGF-C、VEGF-D及MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13表达均高于对照组，且观察组中分期较高者的表达均高于分期较低者（P均＜0．05），而2组患者及观察组中不同分期者的唾液检测结果则无明显差异（P均＞0．05）。结论喉癌患者血清及组织中VEGF及MMP表达变化较大，但唾液检测结果则差异不明显，因此认为对喉癌患者进行血清及组织上述指标的检测价值较高。
목적：탐토후암환자혈청、타액급조직중VEGF급MMP적표체정황。방법선취65례후암환자위관찰조，병이동기적65례성대식육환자위대조조，연후장2조환자적혈청、타액급조직중VEGF-C、VEGF-D급MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13표체정황진행검측급비교，동시비교관찰조중불동분기후암환자적혈청、타액급조직검측결과。결과관찰조적혈청급조직중VEGF-C、VEGF-D급MMP-2、MMP-9、MMP-13표체균고우대조조，차관찰조중분기교고자적표체균고우분기교저자（P균＜0．05），이2조환자급관찰조중불동분기자적타액검측결과칙무명현차이（P균＞0．05）。결론후암환자혈청급조직중VEGF급MMP표체변화교대，단타액검측결과칙차이불명현，인차인위대후암환자진행혈청급조직상술지표적검측개치교고。
Objective To observe and investigate the expression of VEGF and MMP in serum ,ptysma and tissues of la-ryngocarcinoma patients .Methods 65 patients with laryngocarcinoma were selected as the observation group ,65 patients with polyp of cord were selected as the control group ,the expression of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and MMP-2,MMP-9,MMP-13 in serum, ptysma and tissues of the 2 groups were detected and compared ,and serum,ptysma and tissues in different stages of laryngocarci-noma in the observation group were compared .Results The serum and tissues expression of VEGF-C,VEGF-D and MMP-2, MMP-9,MMP-13 in the observation group were all higher than those of the control group ,and the expression of higher stages were all higher than those of the lower stages in the observation group ,all P<0.05,there were significant differences .Ptysma detection results of the 2 groups and in different stages had no obvious differences ,all P>0.05.Conclusion The changes of serum and tissue expression of VEGF and MMP of patients with laryngocarcinoma are great ,while the ptysma detection results have no obvi-ous differences ,the serum and tissues detection value is relatively higher .
