目的：探讨血浆EB病毒水平对鼻咽癌的诊断价值。方法收集112例鼻咽癌初诊患者外周血，分离血浆，应用荧光定量PCR法检测EB病毒DNA。结果血浆中EB病毒DNA阳性率与患者性别无相关性。30-60岁鼻咽癌患者血浆中EB病毒 DNA 阳性率明显高于60岁以上者（P ＜0．05）。鼻咽癌患者血浆 EB 病毒 DNA 阳性率为74．11％，随着鼻咽癌患者临床分期增加，血浆中EB病毒DNA阳性亦增强。结论血浆EB病毒DNA水平与鼻咽癌患者临床分期呈正相关关系，血浆EB病毒DNA的检测可以辅助鼻咽癌的诊断。
목적：탐토혈장EB병독수평대비인암적진단개치。방법수집112례비인암초진환자외주혈，분리혈장，응용형광정량PCR법검측EB병독DNA。결과혈장중EB병독DNA양성솔여환자성별무상관성。30-60세비인암환자혈장중EB병독 DNA 양성솔명현고우60세이상자（P ＜0．05）。비인암환자혈장 EB 병독 DNA 양성솔위74．11％，수착비인암환자림상분기증가，혈장중EB병독DNA양성역증강。결론혈장EB병독DNA수평여비인암환자림상분기정정상관관계，혈장EB병독DNA적검측가이보조비인암적진단。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA in plasma in nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC) .Methods Real time quantitative PCR was used to detect EBV DNA in plasma of 112 cases of first diagnosed nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Results EBV DNA positive rate of NPC had no correlation with gender .The EBV DNA positive rates of patients from 30 to 60 years old were higher than those of patients over 60(P<0.05).EBV DNA positive rate in NPC plasma was 74.11%.With the increase of NPC clinical stage ,the EBV DNA positive rate increased .Conclusion The EBV DNA level of plasma and NPC clinical stage has a positive relationship .Detection of plasma EBV DNA is useful for the diagnosis of NPC .
