本研究收集和整理了白酒、茶叶、橄榄油、鱼、大米、茶油等六大类125个地理标志产品的质量技术要求和相应产品的国家、行业和地方标准,全面提取了产品的品质、分级、工艺等核心质量信息及指标值,从产品类别、品质分级、工艺分类、指标项、指标值等5方面对比分析了地理标志产品质量技术要求与相关标准的符合性,并基于强制性技术公告与自愿性技术标准的衔接配套和一致性原则,提出了质量技术要求与相关标准符合性评价规范的设计原则、评价要素及要求,为产地政府、地方质检机构、申报企业等编制和起草地理标志产品质量技术要求提供了参考依据。
本研究收集和整理瞭白酒、茶葉、橄欖油、魚、大米、茶油等六大類125箇地理標誌產品的質量技術要求和相應產品的國傢、行業和地方標準,全麵提取瞭產品的品質、分級、工藝等覈心質量信息及指標值,從產品類彆、品質分級、工藝分類、指標項、指標值等5方麵對比分析瞭地理標誌產品質量技術要求與相關標準的符閤性,併基于彊製性技術公告與自願性技術標準的銜接配套和一緻性原則,提齣瞭質量技術要求與相關標準符閤性評價規範的設計原則、評價要素及要求,為產地政府、地方質檢機構、申報企業等編製和起草地理標誌產品質量技術要求提供瞭參攷依據。
본연구수집화정리료백주、다협、감람유、어、대미、다유등륙대류125개지리표지산품적질량기술요구화상응산품적국가、행업화지방표준,전면제취료산품적품질、분급、공예등핵심질량신식급지표치,종산품유별、품질분급、공예분류、지표항、지표치등5방면대비분석료지리표지산품질량기술요구여상관표준적부합성,병기우강제성기술공고여자원성기술표준적함접배투화일치성원칙,제출료질량기술요구여상관표준부합성평개규범적설계원칙、평개요소급요구,위산지정부、지방질검궤구、신보기업등편제화기초지리표지산품질량기술요구제공료삼고의거。
The paper collects the technical quality requirements of 125 GI products and the corresponding national, industrial and local standards, involving liquor, tea, olive oil, fish, rice, and tea-seed oil, and then extracts the key quality information and indicators including product quality, grading and technology comprehensively. Also, it conducts the compliance contrast and analysis from five aspects of product categories, quality grading, craft classification, indicator items and indicator value, and proposes the design principles, evaluation elements and requirements of conformity assessment specification between GI products’ technical quality requirements and the relevant standards, based on the matching and consistency principle of mandatory technical bulletins and voluntary technical standards, providing the reference for the government, local quality inspection agencies and application enterprise to prepare for and draft the technical quality requirements for GI products.
