聚羧酸系高效减水剂在分子尺度的结构变化即可导致其分散性、保水性、增强作用、与水泥适应性等性能的变化,然而如何实现其结构控制制备仍面临巨大的挑战。从聚羧酸系高效减水剂的分子结构包括主链、侧链及形态对性能影响的角度出发,综述了近10余年相关领域的最新研究进展,并在此基础上总结了聚羧酸高效减水剂结构控制合成上的基本思路和实现途径,以期为后期新型聚羧酸高效减水剂的制备与应用奠定基础。
聚羧痠繫高效減水劑在分子呎度的結構變化即可導緻其分散性、保水性、增彊作用、與水泥適應性等性能的變化,然而如何實現其結構控製製備仍麵臨巨大的挑戰。從聚羧痠繫高效減水劑的分子結構包括主鏈、側鏈及形態對性能影響的角度齣髮,綜述瞭近10餘年相關領域的最新研究進展,併在此基礎上總結瞭聚羧痠高效減水劑結構控製閤成上的基本思路和實現途徑,以期為後期新型聚羧痠高效減水劑的製備與應用奠定基礎。

Molecular structural changes of high efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer could lead to properties changes such as dis-persion,water retaining,strengthen and compatibility with cement.Great challenges still exist in achieving its preparation by structural con-trol.The related studies in recent 10 years were expounded here concerning the performace impact of molecular structure of high efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer including it's backbone,side chain and configuration.Basic train of thought and realization approach about preparation by structural control of high efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer were summarized to lay the foundation of preparation and application of high efficiency polycarboxylate superplasticizer hereafter.
