1973年以来登陆华南地区的最强台风“威马逊”,具有强度大、范围广、成灾快等特点,给电网安全稳定运行带来严重影响,为此,分析台风对电网线路和设备的影响及恢复情况,并对抗台风的事前准备、事中紧急处置、事后分析进行详细介绍。最后,根据台风期间存在的不足之处,提出增强抗台风应急能力的建议。

1973년이래등륙화남지구적최강태풍“위마손”,구유강도대、범위엄、성재쾌등특점,급전망안전은정운행대래엄중영향,위차,분석태풍대전망선로화설비적영향급회복정황,병대항태풍적사전준비、사중긴급처치、사후분석진행상세개소。최후,근거태풍기간존재적불족지처,제출증강항태풍응급능력적건의。
The strongest typhoon “Rammsun”landed in south China since 1973 was provide with characteristics of hard in-tensity,wide range and fast disaster forming which caused serious impact on safe and stable operation of the power grid. Therefore,this paper analyzes affects on power grid lines and equipments by the typhoon and recovery progress. It intro-duces advance preparation,process emergency treatment and post hoc analysis. According to shortages during the period of typhoon,it proposes suggestions on increasing emergency ability to resist typhoon.
