试验采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对喷射混凝土微观结构进行分析,并采用RCM氯离子渗透法研究了粉煤灰对喷射混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,并对其抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度进行研究。试验结果表明:随着粉煤灰掺量增大,喷射混凝土微观结构变得致密,强度和抗渗性显著提高。粉煤灰的最佳掺量为20%左右,超过此掺量喷射混凝土抗压强度降低,喷射混凝土强度和渗透性有较好的相关性。

시험채용소묘전자현미경(SEM)대분사혼응토미관결구진행분석,병채용RCM록리자삼투법연구료분매회대분사혼응토항록리자삼투성능적영향,병대기항압강도、벽렬항랍강도진행연구。시험결과표명:수착분매회참량증대,분사혼응토미관결구변득치밀,강도화항삼성현저제고。분매회적최가참량위20%좌우,초과차참량분사혼응토항압강도강저,분사혼응토강도화삼투성유교호적상관성。
The micro-structure of shotcrete was investigated by means of SEM. The influence of fly ash on permeability of shotcrete was investigated by means of RCM. The compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of shotcrete was researched.The test results show that with the increase of fly ash,the micro-structure of shotcrete is changed as well,thestrength and resistance to chloridion penetration of shotcrete increase obviously.The compressive strength of shotcrete will decline when the production of fly ash exceed 20 percent.The strength and resistance to chloridion penetration of shotcrete has a good relationship.
