目的:探讨心理干预对原发性高血压病患者依从性、心理健康、血压控制情况的影响。方法将120例老年原发性高血压病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,给予对照组一般护理,给予观察组有针对性的心理行为干预,干预后6个月对两组患者在依从性、心理状态、血压等情况进行随访分析。结果心理行为干预6个月后,观察组患者依从性显著优于对照组(P<0.01);剔除不按时服药的23例患者后,观察组患者血压、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分显著低于对照组( P<0.05)。结论心理干预能有效地控制患者的血压、提高患者的依从性和心理健康水平。
目的:探討心理榦預對原髮性高血壓病患者依從性、心理健康、血壓控製情況的影響。方法將120例老年原髮性高血壓病患者隨機分為對照組和觀察組,每組各60例,給予對照組一般護理,給予觀察組有針對性的心理行為榦預,榦預後6箇月對兩組患者在依從性、心理狀態、血壓等情況進行隨訪分析。結果心理行為榦預6箇月後,觀察組患者依從性顯著優于對照組(P<0.01);剔除不按時服藥的23例患者後,觀察組患者血壓、焦慮自評量錶(SAS)評分、抑鬱自評量錶(SDS)評分顯著低于對照組( P<0.05)。結論心理榦預能有效地控製患者的血壓、提高患者的依從性和心理健康水平。
목적:탐토심리간예대원발성고혈압병환자의종성、심리건강、혈압공제정황적영향。방법장120례노년원발성고혈압병환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조,매조각60례,급여대조조일반호리,급여관찰조유침대성적심리행위간예,간예후6개월대량조환자재의종성、심리상태、혈압등정황진행수방분석。결과심리행위간예6개월후,관찰조환자의종성현저우우대조조(P<0.01);척제불안시복약적23례환자후,관찰조환자혈압、초필자평량표(SAS)평분、억욱자평량표(SDS)평분현저저우대조조( P<0.05)。결론심리간예능유효지공제환자적혈압、제고환자적의종성화심리건강수평。
Objective To explore psychological behavior intervention on the influence of the compliance , psychological behavior and blood pressure of primary hypertension.Methods Total 120 cases of essential hypertension were randomly divided into control group ( n=60) and observation group (n=60).The control group was given routine nursing , and the observation group was given the psychological and behavior intervention according to the patients 6 months after the intervention of the two groups.The compliance , mental state and blood pressure of patients were analyzed.Results After 6 months psychological and behavioral intervention , the compliance of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ( P<0.01 ).The patients in the observation group was significantly better than the cont -ro1 group ( P<0.05 ) in patients′blood pressure , SAS score and SDS score.Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention can effectively control blood pressure , and improve patient compliance and level of mental health.
