目的：分析探讨不同病程银屑病患者性格、压力、焦虑等方面特征，为临床提供新的切入点。方法选取220例银屑病患者进行问卷调查。按不同病程分为两组，填写一般临床资料、A型行为类型问卷、PSTRI压力测试问卷、流调用抑郁自评量（ CES－D）、焦虑自评量表（ SAS）。结果两组病程银屑病患者的一般资料结果显示：年龄、婚姻、文化程度、发病季节等方面，比较均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。皮损指数、压力、抑郁、焦虑比较分析：不同病程银屑病患者的皮肤损害面积与严重程度指数评分（ PA-SI）用秩和检验分析，为非正态分布，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。调查结果显示病程与PSTRI压力、CES－D、SAS没有显著关联。结论不同病程银屑病患者存在年龄、婚姻、文化程度、发病季节、皮损指数等方面的差异，因此，进行整体心理风险的评估和干预对于降低银屑病发生率有十分重要的意义。
목적：분석탐토불동병정은설병환자성격、압력、초필등방면특정，위림상제공신적절입점。방법선취220례은설병환자진행문권조사。안불동병정분위량조，전사일반림상자료、A형행위류형문권、PSTRI압력측시문권、류조용억욱자평량（ CES－D）、초필자평량표（ SAS）。결과량조병정은설병환자적일반자료결과현시：년령、혼인、문화정도、발병계절등방면，비교균무통계학의의（균P＞0.05）。피손지수、압력、억욱、초필비교분석：불동병정은설병환자적피부손해면적여엄중정도지수평분（ PA-SI）용질화검험분석，위비정태분포，구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。조사결과현시병정여PSTRI압력、CES－D、SAS몰유현저관련。결론불동병정은설병환자존재년령、혼인、문화정도、발병계절、피손지수등방면적차이，인차，진행정체심리풍험적평고화간예대우강저은설병발생솔유십분중요적의의。
Objective To investigate and analyze characteristics , pressure, anxiety etc of patients with different stages of psoriasis to provide a new starting point for clinic.Methods 220 patients with psoriasis were recruited to answer the questionnaires , including the pa-tients′general clinical information , the Type A Behavior Pattern Scale , PSTRI, Pressure Measurement Questionaire , CES -D and SAS Scale.Results For patients with different stages of psoriasis:patient-reported data shows there is a statistical difference of age , marriage , education and seasonal factor between the two groups , with no statistical significance (P>0.05);The skin lesion index, stress, depression and anxiety are analyzed and compared:different stages of psoriasis patients have differences in PASI ( P<0.05 ) and there was no signifi-cant correlations of PSTRI, CES-D and SAS between the two groups.Conclusion The differences of age, marriage, education, seasonal factor and PASI are found among different stages of psoriasis.Therefore, the assessment and intervention of the overall psychological risk are important for reducing the risk of psoriasis adverse events.
