目的：对青少年近视患者的调节参数进行测量，探讨其中存在调节异常的发生比例。方法回顾性系列病例研究。选取黑龙江省医院南岗院区眼科门诊就诊的学龄期青少年近视患者118例，年龄6～18岁，平均年龄12.27岁。排除眼部疾病后进行屈光检查和双眼调节参数检测，统计存在不同调节参数异常比例。结果通过调节参数测量，118例患者中，存在调节幅度不足73例（61.86％）、调节反应值异常83例（70.34％）、正相对调节不足75例（63.56％）、负相对调节不足44例（37.29％）、调节灵活度值降低67例（56.78％）。结论近视青少年患者中普遍存在调节幅度、正相对调节、负相对调节和调节灵活度等调节参数的异常。
목적：대청소년근시환자적조절삼수진행측량，탐토기중존재조절이상적발생비례。방법회고성계렬병례연구。선취흑룡강성의원남강원구안과문진취진적학령기청소년근시환자118례，년령6～18세，평균년령12.27세。배제안부질병후진행굴광검사화쌍안조절삼수검측，통계존재불동조절삼수이상비례。결과통과조절삼수측량，118례환자중，존재조절폭도불족73례（61.86％）、조절반응치이상83례（70.34％）、정상대조절불족75례（63.56％）、부상대조절불족44례（37.29％）、조절령활도치강저67례（56.78％）。결론근시청소년환자중보편존재조절폭도、정상대조절、부상대조절화조절령활도등조절삼수적이상。
Objective To measure accommodative parameters of myopic students , and to investigate the rate of myopic students with accommodative dysfunction.Methods In a retrospective case series study ,118 myopic students aged from 6 to18 years ( average 12.27 years old) were recruited from the Department of Ophthalmology of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital.All patients had routine eye examina-tions to exclude eye disease.The results of accommodative parameters examination and refraction with a phoropter were measured .The rates of five kinds of accommodative dysfunction were analyzed.Results In the 118 myopic students , accommodative amplitudes of 73 adoles-cents (61.86%) were lower than standards, accommodative responses of 83 adolescents(70.34%)were abnormal, positive relative accom-modations(PRA) of 75 adolescents (63.56%) were lower than normal level, negative relative accommodations (NRA) of 44 adolescents (37.29%) were lower than standards , and accommodative facility of 67 adolescents (56.78%) decreased.Conclusion Accommodative parameters of myopic students has abnormalities in accommodative amplitudes , positive relative accommodation , negative relative accommo-dation and accommodative facility.
