目的：研究负压封闭引流技术（ Vacuum sealing drainage ，VSD）在治疗手外科创伤的临床应用效果。方法从2012－08～2014－05间我院手外科接诊的病例中抽取的70例患者作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法，将其均分为两组，实验组患者VSD进行治疗，对照组对患者采用常规传统方法进行治疗。分别记录两组病例患者创口愈合率、换药次数、有无并发症等。结果实验组患者的创口愈合率明显高于对照组，愈合时间和换药次数也少要于对照组，由此产生的并发症也相对减少。各项数据比较有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论 VSD在手外科的临床应用，大大降低了患者创口感染的几率，创口愈合效果良好。同传统治疗方式相比，减少了换药次数，提高了医护人员的工作效率，同时还为患者降低了治疗费用，值得大力推广。
목적：연구부압봉폐인류기술（ Vacuum sealing drainage ，VSD）재치료수외과창상적림상응용효과。방법종2012－08～2014－05간아원수외과접진적병례중추취적70례환자작위연구대상。안조수궤수자표법，장기균분위량조，실험조환자VSD진행치료，대조조대환자채용상규전통방법진행치료。분별기록량조병례환자창구유합솔、환약차수、유무병발증등。결과실험조환자적창구유합솔명현고우대조조，유합시간화환약차수야소요우대조조，유차산생적병발증야상대감소。각항수거비교유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。결론 VSD재수외과적림상응용，대대강저료환자창구감염적궤솔，창구유합효과량호。동전통치료방식상비，감소료환약차수，제고료의호인원적공작효솔，동시환위환자강저료치료비용，치득대력추엄。
Objective To research clinical application effect of vacuum sealing drainage technique in hand surgery .Methods 70 ca-ses were selected from August , 2012 to May, 2014 in hand surgery in the hospital as the object of research , according to the random num-ber table method , they were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage tech-nique, and the control group were treated with routine methods of treatment.The two groups were recorded respectively patients′wound healing rate , dressing change times and whether related complications occurred , etc.Results The wound healing rate of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the healing time and changing frequency was less than the control group , and the complica-tion was relatively reduced.All data were statistically significant ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion In the clinical application of vacuum sealing drainage technique in hand surgery , the probability of wound infection reduces greatly , and wound healing effect is well.Compared with the treatment methods , the changing frequency is not only reduced , and the working efficiency of the medical staff is improved , but also the cost of treatment for the patients is reduced , so it is worth popularization.
