目的:探讨NF-κB核苷酸圈套技术制备imDC联合超声介导抗同种异基因大鼠胰十二指肠移植排斥反应的作用。方法建立同种异基因大鼠胰十二指肠移植模型,分为对照组、NF-κB核苷酸圈套技术组、超声介导处理组及联合治疗组。检测细胞因子INF-γ、IL-4及IL-10水平及INF-γ、IL-4及IL-10 mRNA的表达;统计各组大鼠的生存率。结果联合治疗组生存周期最长,与其他组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。联合治疗组IL-4及IL-10水平最高,与其他组比较差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 NF-κB核苷酸圈套技术制备imDC联合超声介导可协同增加抗同种异基因大鼠胰十二指肠移植排斥反应。
目的:探討NF-κB覈苷痠圈套技術製備imDC聯閤超聲介導抗同種異基因大鼠胰十二指腸移植排斥反應的作用。方法建立同種異基因大鼠胰十二指腸移植模型,分為對照組、NF-κB覈苷痠圈套技術組、超聲介導處理組及聯閤治療組。檢測細胞因子INF-γ、IL-4及IL-10水平及INF-γ、IL-4及IL-10 mRNA的錶達;統計各組大鼠的生存率。結果聯閤治療組生存週期最長,與其他組比較差異有統計學意義( P<0.05)。聯閤治療組IL-4及IL-10水平最高,與其他組比較差異有統計學意義( P<0.05)。結論 NF-κB覈苷痠圈套技術製備imDC聯閤超聲介導可協同增加抗同種異基因大鼠胰十二指腸移植排斥反應。
목적:탐토NF-κB핵감산권투기술제비imDC연합초성개도항동충이기인대서이십이지장이식배척반응적작용。방법건립동충이기인대서이십이지장이식모형,분위대조조、NF-κB핵감산권투기술조、초성개도처리조급연합치료조。검측세포인자INF-γ、IL-4급IL-10수평급INF-γ、IL-4급IL-10 mRNA적표체;통계각조대서적생존솔。결과연합치료조생존주기최장,여기타조비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。연합치료조IL-4급IL-10수평최고,여기타조비교차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론 NF-κB핵감산권투기술제비imDC연합초성개도가협동증가항동충이기인대서이십이지장이식배척반응。
Objective To investigate the NF-κB nucleotide trap preparation technology of imDC anti allogeneic pancreaticoduodenal allograft rejection in rats.Methods Establishing allogeneic pancreaticoduodenal transplantation model in rats , and dividing them into the control group , NF-κB nucleotide trap technology group , ultrasound mediated group and the combined group.The expression of cytokines INF-, IL-4 and IL-10 levels and INF-γ, IL-4 and IL-10 mRNA were determined.And the survival rate were also studied.Results The survival rate of the combined group was the longest and there was statistically significant difference compared with other groups ( P<0.05 ).The IL-4 and IL-10 level of the combined group was the highest and there was statistically significant difference compared with other groups ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion NF-κB nucleotide trap technology for preparing imDC combined with ultrasound can synergistically increase anti allogeneic pancreaticoduodenal allograft rejection in rats.
