考虑分布式电源的接入位置和接入容量,以10 kV配电网为例建立含分布式电源的配电网短路电流计算模型,以定量分析分布式电源接入对配电网反时限过电流保护及对短路电流的影响。分析的结果是分布式电源接入将增大上游保护对下游线路故障的动作时限,且当分布式电源接入容量超出一定容量时将引发反时限保护的拒动。该结论对含分布式电源配电网的反时限过电流保护启动电流的整定、允许分布式电源接入容量的选取提供了理论参考。

Considering of connecting position and access capacity of distributed power source and taking 1 0 kV power distri-bution network as an example,calculation model for short-circuit current of the power distribution network with distributed power source was established. Quantitative analysis was used for studying impact on inverse-time over-current protection and short-circuit current of the power distribution network after connecting distributed power source. Analysis results indicated that accessing of distributed power source might increase action limit of upstream protection on downstream lines fault and when access capacity of distributed power source exceeded a certain capacity,it might cause refusal to action of inverse-time protection. The conclusion might provide theoretical references for starting up current setting by inverse-time over-current protection of the power distribution network with distributed power source and allowing selection on access capacity of dis-tributed power source.
