目的：探讨128排CT门静脉成像（ CTPV）在肝硬化门静脉高压患者中显示食管及胃底静脉曲张的价值。方法回顾性分析2010年6月至2013年9月芜湖市第一人民医院临床确诊为肝硬化的62例患者CTPV资料及胃镜检查结果，并进行对比分析。结果 CTPV显示食管及胃底静脉均曲张者17例，胃镜诊断17例；仅食管静脉曲张14例，胃镜诊断13例；仅胃底静脉曲张6例，胃镜诊断为4例。结论 CTPV对肝硬化门静脉高压患者食管胃底静脉曲张显示较好，与胃镜检查有良好的一致性，可为诊断、临床治疗及手术处理方式提供佐证。
목적：탐토128배CT문정맥성상（ CTPV）재간경화문정맥고압환자중현시식관급위저정맥곡장적개치。방법회고성분석2010년6월지2013년9월무호시제일인민의원림상학진위간경화적62례환자CTPV자료급위경검사결과，병진행대비분석。결과 CTPV현시식관급위저정맥균곡장자17례，위경진단17례；부식관정맥곡장14례，위경진단13례；부위저정맥곡장6례，위경진단위4례。결론 CTPV대간경화문정맥고압환자식관위저정맥곡장현시교호，여위경검사유량호적일치성，가위진단、림상치료급수술처리방식제공좌증。
Objective To explore the value of 128-slice CT portal venography(CTPV) in the diagnosis of esophageal and gastric varices in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension .Methods CTPV results and gastroscopy results of 62 patients with cirrhosis were retrospectively and comparatively analyzed .Results CTPV results showed that 17 cases were patients with esophageal and gastric varices , same as the gastros-copy results.CTPV results showed 14 cases were patients with single esophageal varices,while gastroscopy results revealed 13 cases.CTPV results showed 6 cases were patients with gastric varices,while gastroscopy results revealed 4 cases.Conclusion CTPV has better indication of esophageal and gastric varices in patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension ,and it has good accordance with the gastroscopy examination , therefore,it can provide solid support for the diagnosis,clinical treatment and surgical methods.
