妊娠期糖尿病（ GDM）是妊娠期常见的并发症之一。皮下注射胰岛素、饮食运动控制一直是我国对于GDM的主要治疗方法。目前尚未证明孕期服用降糖药物会对新生儿的生长发育产生不良影响。胰岛素应用于临床有其局限性，需要注射，有发生低血糖的倾向，且会增加体质量，而降糖药物可更好地控制体质量，有更高的治疗依从性，该文就目前GDM药物治疗进展予以综述。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM) is one of the common complications during pregnancy. Subcutaneous injection of insulin,diet and exercise control has been the main treatment for GDM in our coun-try.Because the current evidence does not indicate that taking hypoglycemic drugs during pregnancy would adversely affect the newborn′s growth.Insulin used clinically has its limitations:injection is needed, there is a tendency to hypoglycemia,and the body weight can be increased.Antidiabetic drugs can better control the body weight,thus has a higher treatment compliance .Here is to make a review of the current medication treatment for GDM.
