动物模型对深入系统研究盆腔炎性疾病（ PID）的发病机制，筛选、开发新药，提高临床疗效具有重要意义。该文对当前PID动物造模方法进行总结，从物理、化学、生物以及中医“病证结合”方面出发，对异物置入法、机械损伤法、苯酚胶浆或盐酸注射法、微生物接种法以及中医证型相关模型制备方法进行总结，阐述各类方法的利与弊，以及造模方法中存在的一些亟待解决的问题，并对动物模型制备未来的发展方向提出了展望。

Animal models play important roles in studying the pelvic inflammatory diseases ( PID) deeply and systematically,screening and developing new drugs,and improving the clinical curative effect.Here sum-marizes the progress of PID animal models,and elaborates the foreign body placement,mechanical damage, phenol mucilage or hydrochloric acid injections,microbial inoculation method and preparation methods of tra-ditional Chinese medicine syndrome types related models from the aspects of physical,chemical,biological method and the traditional Chinese medicine concept of "syndrome and illness combination",puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and some problems which need to be solved , and de-scribes the future developmental direction of the animal models .
