部分糖尿病患者合并有微量白蛋白尿（ MAU），MAU不仅是糖尿病肾脏损害的早期指标，也是心血管疾病发生的危险因素。现发现，MAU 与糖尿病脑卒中密切相关，糖尿病伴 MAU 可增加发生脑卒中的风险。同时越来越多的研究证实，治疗MAU可能减少脑血管事件的发生，对糖尿病患者进行早期MAU筛查，对异常进行干预可减少心脑血管病的发生及发展。

Quite a number of diabetes patients are complicated with microalbuminuria(MAU).MAU is not only the early index of diabetic renal damage , but also a risk factor of cardiovascular diseases .It is found that,MAU is closely related to diabetes stroke,i.e.diabetes accompanied with MAU can increase the risk of stroke.A growing number of studies confirm that,MAU treatment can reduce the occurrence of cerebrovascu-lar events.Screening of MAU at early time among the patients with diabetes ,and intervention to the abnormal can reduce the occurrence and development of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease .
