目的:探讨观察并分析负压封闭引流技术VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面效果。方法该院2012年4月—2014年5月收治糖尿病足患者50例,VSD治疗组随机选取25例2型糖尿病足患者,使用VSD技术治疗创面,根据创面引流物多少及医用海绵清洁情况每3~7 d更换1次,25例常规换药组观察创面愈合时间、换药次数、治愈率等。结果 VSD组与常规换药组比较创面愈合时间[(16.8±5.5)d与(50.8±6.5)d]、换药次数[(7.9±3.5)次与(21.5±5.1)次,]、治愈率[96%与88%]。结论负压封闭引流技术VSD治疗糖尿病足可改善其局部血运,减轻局部水肿,利用负压引流将创面炎性渗出物和坏死组织吸出,加快糖尿病足溃疡面愈合速度,促进创面肉芽组织生长,缩短创面愈合时间[1]。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technology in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer. Methods 50 patients with diabetic foot were treated from April 2012 to May 2014. On the one hand, we randomly se-lected 25 patients with type 2 diabetic foot as the VSD treatment group. VSD technology was given to them for treating the wound, and medical sponges were changed every 3~7d according to the amount of wound drainage. On the other hand, we selected another 25 patients with type 2 diabetic foot as the control group and conventional treatments were given to them. And the wound healing time, dressing times and cure rate of the two groups were observed. Results Comparing the VSD treatment group with control group, the wound healing time is (16.8 ± 5.5) d and (50.8 ± 6.5) d, respectively, the dressing times are (7.9 ± 3.5) times and (21.5 ± 5.1) times, respectively, the cure rate is 96% and 88%, respectively. Conclusion VSD technology can improve the local blood supply and alleviate local edema in the treatment of diabetic foot. Using vacuum drainage to aspirate the wound inflammatory exu-dates and necrotic tissues, can accelerate the healing of diabetic foot ulcers, and promote the growth of granulation tissue and shorten the wound healing time[1].
